To contact your vendor directly customers must need to login their infinMart account or create an account. In this way, your contact information such as your email, name, or address will not be shown to the vendor, only your username will be shown to the vendor. Unless otherwise it was given at your own willingness for a clearer communication between both ends.

How to search or find products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. How are shipping costs calculated?

In most products, we try our best to offer Free Shipping or the lowest cost possible, but there may be a longer period of waiting time. However, certain products there may require a shipping cost which will be calculated based on shipping method (air, sea, or land) and product weight/volume and duration of shipping time. Different manufacturing companies will have different shipping rates, so at checkout it will be best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical base on your need plus don’t forget to double-check your shipping and billing addresses.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently operate in over 80+ countries and islands worldwide, dealing directly with local vendors at their bases; however, worldwide shipping will be based on individual vendor options to sell to the location of their preference. Because of this, we have added a shipping tab for each product listing that shows where the product can be shipped. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to, and as a result, some buyers may be unable to check out our product. How and where do you ship packages?

Packages will be dispatched from one of our closest manufacturing warehouses based on location, availability, and shipping schedule. In most cases, your packages will be dispatched from our largest warehouses in China which will be ship out by the carrier that is provided to you to choose at checkout. At checkout certain package delivery options that the carrier may not provide trackable information on the package, but be certain that your package will get shipped out to you. However, the majority of most shipments will be processed in 2-4 business days and upon shipment, an email will be sent to you with the shipment information such as shipping address and tracking information. We recommend buyers double-check the shipping address once received the shipment confirmation email, and if any information is incorrect then the buyer must immediately contact us before the package gets shipped out.

Do you provide tracking information on the package shipment?

In most purchases the available shipping methods you can choose from will provide you with tracking information through an email once your order has been shipped out. However, certain products may have shipping options you can pick that are much cheaper to ship without tracking information. If the shipping method you had chosen for your purchase does provide tracking information, but you have not received any tracking information within 5-7 days then please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment” or unavailable.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will all my items be ship out in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping or that you may have purchased from different vendors. Therefore, each of your items may arrive at a different time frame.

Order cancellation or make changes?

Order Cancellation

All products that require shipment can be canceled before shipment is processed, but we cannot guarantee this. If your order has been paid and you want to cancel an order, please try to contact us as soon as possible best is within 12 hours! Once the shipment has already been processed for packaging and shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that we are only permitted to cancel the entire order for you upon your request if the order has not been processed for shipment and is within 12 hours from when you placed the order. Once the order has been processed or after 12 hours, infinMart will have no control over the order as the order has already been processed by the vendor for shipment. In this case, the best option for you is to directly contact the vendor to see if they can stop the order processing and cancel it for you.

If you are requesting to make any changes to your order(s) such as any of the listed requests below, we apologize but we are not permitted to do editing or changes to customer order(s). However, another way to fix the issue will be by submitting an order cancellation request for that particular order, while you can place a whole new order with the correct information at checkout or update your information inside your infinMart account. Please remember to double-check all your information before placing an order.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds, Returns, & Exchange 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, within 14 days of receiving the parcel (based on delivery confirmation date), you can request a return and/or refund or reshipment for ordered products if in its original condition.

    • A full or partial refund, if you do not receive your purchase or your product, arrived later than the guaranteed time frame shown at checkout.
    • A full or partial refund if you receive the wrong item.
    • A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
    • A full or partial refund if the item is broken or missing part(s).

What payment method infinMart accept?

infinMart supports payment methods of debit card or credit card and also cash on delivery for local pickup or local delivery. infinMart highly encourages all buyers to pay with debit or credit card as it is safer and protected by the payment provider Stripe. Paying with cash on delivery, we only suggest if the buyer truly trusts and knows the vendor well with an outstanding business reputation. Other than that payment methods of cards is recommended.

Why paying with card:

Currently we process our support with Stripe payment provider. Stripe is a highly reliable payment company that is a safe and the easiest way to send and receive money online platform. All transactions are encrypted and secured by the payment providers. Stripe accepts Debit Card and Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

The reasons why we pick this payment provider is because of:

  • Payment is traceable to prevent any fraudulent transaction, Stripe high level of security measure will be able to flag the transaction for further transaction verification. The verification process of Stripe may need proof of identity documentation.
  • Faster confirmation of available funds to be clear making the transaction smoother and faster for the product to get shipped out.
  • When you use your credit card or debit card through one of the payment providers, nobody will see your credit card or debit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
